They sell lemons and feel good about it

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

They sold my wife a lemon. On day three after purchasing a vehicle (a 2012 Kia Sedona), after charging a phone, all of the dash lights came on and the car would not start.

A mechanic friend told us that the battery terminals were incorrectly labeled, and we contacted Carhop to resolve the issue. The instance could not be recreated by the mechanics, so without testing for any issues, the car was returned to us as a fluke issue. Now, a few weeks later, we went on a short road trip to Wyoming, and on our way home, thinking that we had a solid vehicle, we stopped (again, my phone was being charged; we hadn't connected the two issues yet). As we stopped in the Wendy's drive-thru in Cheyenne, the car dash lights again started flashing and the car died in the Wendy's drive-thru.

We were able to get it limped out of the drive-thru by Gerry-rigging the car into gear and getting it to a safer parking spot. Now, with me in my wheelchair, two of our dogs, and the broke-down car stranded in Cheyenne, Wyoming, far enough from home it was difficult to find someone to rescue us on a Sunday. Carhop's answer: now not their problem. What the actually heck???

Are you for serious??? It is your problem and I would suggest that zero people trust this organization at putting you into a safe vehicle. Sure, the car can be towed by our roadside assistance insurance, but that does not help me as I would have been unable to get into a tow truck and our dogs would not have been welcome (even though one was my service dog; it doesn't help me get into the truck). So now what, Carhop?

Not the first instance I have heard of someone getting a lemon from you; unfortunately, you prey on victims of hard credit scores and post success stories of putting people into pieces of crud vehicles.

This USMC veteran will use my voice loudly to ensure people are aware of how bad your organization truly disservices its customers. Wishing we were further away from the purchase of our home so that our credit scores were better, I could have directed her to a much better organization.

Poor service department

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

We bought a 2010 Nissan Rogue from Vancouver WA we've owned it 4 months it's been in Arizona, mesa to be exact and jackson, ms I reside in bogue chitto, ms. So this transmission is currently in jackson round 2 for this transmission it didn't even make it back from mesa b4 the transmission gave out, 1hr 30mins out a truck weigh station.

My loss in $ due to the lack of urgency or sense of customer care and satisfaction I'm very disappointed.

My next step is the BBB, CORPORATE, I've left a msg 24hrs ago, you have 28 b4 I call BBB, the service departments need to make sure these shops will complete the job right! In 2 months you've lost 10k

My car broke down

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

My car broke down on Friday, and now I'm waiting a week while they determine whether it's under warranty or not. The mechanic said it was the engine and transmission.

I'm paying for a car I can't even use and, of course, they said they don't have loaner cars while mine is being fixed.

What do I do? I think they should be held responsible.

Bought a car from them.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Got dropped off at thier lot. The just gave me keys to cars they wanted gone.

Could pick my own car within my range, high pressure to leave positive reviews on google. Water pump went out the next day. The warranty covered the bulk. But I had to pay for anti freeze, the mechanics were to fix a clogged sunroof drain too, and I had to pay that as well, even after the mngr.

told me they would cover it. My car will get payed off this year, and it's lasted me, so I guess 3 stars.
