We were stuck with a car from car hop 1 of 3 chose by them.. at almost closing time..On our way home..

the engine light came on..A lot of clanking under the vehicle..brakes squeaking...Called them next day and we told them we wanted to bring it back and pick something different . But they said we couldn't because the manager was on vacation and she wouldn't do it anyway.. the ad says customer satisfaction return it within a week to exchange the vehicle or get your money back. They refused both of the options.

The only option we were given was to take it to their mechanic which we did and he gave us no paperwork on work that he did or that has been done. The check engine light came on immediately again!.Strong vibration going on when the brakes were applied, and the brakes were squealing. We were not at all satisfied with the outcome of this vehicle. However we felt we were obligated to it and had no choice but you keep it.

Come to find out, on another visit to the mechanic we were told it had rack and pinion problems that amount to over $600 worth of repairs. We are both on fixed incomes and there's no way in heck we could even afford to repair that. We've had to replace the tires all four of them, the back brakes pads, and rotors, and during that time they had told us the suspension was shot. Which is even more expensive.

This is all within a period of six months of having this vehicle. Basically we were sold a lemon and there was nothing we could do about it.

To top it off..they sold us this lemon for 2xs the blue book value! Now..How does Car Hop get away with this blatant consumer fraud??

Well I got a simpler issue let's start a class action lawsuits they will have to fix the cars then ....
