Purchased a vehicle a week ago and spent an hour going over our contract, what's covered, what isnt etc. Car broke down this morning while in the middle of the school commute.

5 kids and myself stranded and no one available through the warranty line to figure out where to tow the vehicle. I was left abandoned after they groomed us into believing we drove away with a safe and reliably inspected car. Still haven't received a return call. When I called the number on the card they gave, the woman said she worked on the financial end and couldn't help direct me to the correct place.

Extremely upset and plan to take further action. I don't have time to jump through hoops.
